City of Gardner Welcomes New City Administrator

On Monday, May 21st, the Gardner City Council finalized a contract with Ms. Cheryl Harrison-Lee

for the position of City Administrator. Ms. Harrison-Lee comes from the Town of Eatonville, Florida,

where she has been the Chief Administrative Officer since 2009.

She comes to the City of Gardner with over 26 years of experience and a variety of skills in the

areas of financial management, community development, public works and capital projects, public

transportation and urban development.

Prior to her work with the Town of Eatonville, Ms. Harrison-Lee worked with the City of Daytona

Beach, the City of Titusville and the City of Orlando, all located in Florida, as well as the

Florida Department of Transportation.

She will begin her work with the City on Monday, July 16th.
